Head Wrightson
Starting in 1949 Head Wrightson produced a company magazine, "Wright Ahead". In the first issue Managing Director Richard Miles wrote "If this newspaper will help us understand things connected with our work, and to understand each other better, it will serve an invaluable purpose"
Long after the company has ceased to be, the magazine still serves that purpose. Many of the photographs in this collection were taken for the magazine. It provides context and a real time glimpse into 30 years of industrial history and heritage.
