19-20 High Street

This building is three storeys high and made of modern brick, with a stretcher bond and mortar building material. The roof is ridged slate with a wide concrete parapet and no chimneys. On the ground floor there is a mock Victorian shop front with one single door to the far right and two double doors, one off centre and one to the far left of the structure.

There are also fascia protrudes and illumination on the shop front. One the first floor there are four casement windows with two panes and the second floor has five of the same. All these windows have been made to look like sash windows. There is a Royal Oak sign above the shop front and a number of extract vents to the front of the structure.

The rear of the building is brick with a stretcher bond and a mortar bonding material. There is one large casement window with three panes and another of the same but with two panes. There is also a smaller casement window with three panes and three small single paned casement windows. These are all on the first floor; the ground floor is not visible. There is however a ground floor extension of modern brick with a flat roof surmounted by a concrete and wood parapet which has a gap for a metal fire escape. This has a single two paned casement and two similar sized bricked up windows. There is also a large, two paned picture window with panels.
