This building is a brick and mortar built property with Flemish bond. The tile roof is gabled, pitched east – west. There are transverse, rectangular brick chimney. The south elevation has five pots and one cowl. The chimney to the rear, rectangular, rendered brick which has been heightened, no pots. West. elevation shows cornice and parapet with kneeler on North end. The west elevation has ground floor retail/service frontage of newer brick with wooden frame.
On the first and second floors have sash windows with internal secondary glazing and stone lintels and sills. Two wooden doors on ground floor, one to shop other to first and second floor residential. North. elevation is brick, rendered and painted.
To the rear one window on each floor: ground and first floor have wooden casement, second floor has vertical sash with six panes. North end of East elevation is rendered brick, no windows. South. end of East. elevation is brick with coursing of one header and five stretchers. Metal fire escape to first and second floors. Outer, newer perimeter wall and wooden door on ground floor.
