Thomas Sheraton 4 Bridge Road
A brick building of Flemish bond with stone quoins. The roof is not visible. Front elevation presents an imposing façade punctuated by two pilasters into three sections, the central with four first floor windows and the outer two with two.

Number of storeys: The main building, the former Court House, has two storeys, as has the old Custom House. The infill between has one storey with a flat roof with a terrace above accessed from the first floor of the main building.
Fenestration and doorways: The ground floor windows have semi-circular stone mouldings; those on the upper storey have square heads. All have are vertical sash windows. Other: A flagpole surmounts the Bridge Road elevation and the name Thomas Sheraton and the legend Free House occupies the full frontage between the floors.
