Splash Church Road

This is a large detached, irregularly shaped, mainly single storey building recently renovated/rebuilt, partly brick (all stretchers), partly coloured blocks, partly glass, partly modern panels. Much of the glass is tinted and double glazed. Building set within large paved area. The north elevation has heating units and several large ventilation units. South elevation has full length canopy (nine metal pillar supports) linked to projecting roof beams. The east elevation shows apparatus serving the swimming pool. Roof is asymmetrical with very gentle pitch north-south.
