Exchange Yard
This is a single storey building in painted stretcher bonded brick to south (main frontage) however the east side shows evidence of much older brickwork which has been rendered. The brickwork to this side is in poor condition and appears to be somewhat random in style.
The roof is flat and appears to be felted. There is one single door with roller shutter door. There are four rectangular PVC windows with two panes to the south side. There is an attached outhouse with monopitch slated roof. There is evidence at the rear (north side) of a higher wall suggesting the building was more than single storey at one time. There is some evidence that the building may extend to the north with a monopitch roof, however due to access problems this has not been confirmed. This may be an outhouse of the Reindeer pub in Ramsgate.
