This building is constructed of bricks and cement. The facing is built in English Stretcher Bond with concrete framing. The building is three storeys tall in part with the first floor overhanging a lower promenade.
The ground floor comprises of multiple entrances and windows as shops populate the entire floor. The upper section of the first floor has half sized hinged windows. There are full sized metal windows to the third floor at regular intervals. There is a metal frame structure enclosing panes of glass framing the main entrance. The roof is covered mostly in concrete as it functions as a car park. There are light wells in various parts of the roof.
