This building is at the end of Little Brown Street. Construction is of brick with mortar bonding in English bond. The building is single storey with a second storey at the front The roof is flat with probably a felted roof. The main double doored entrance to the front is offset to the left. The main entrance is covered by a canopy.

The side of the building is rendered brick painted red. There are four casement windows on first floor with 2x3 light, 1x2 light and 1x single light. There is a side entrance in the boundary wall to Little Brown Street. There are two side doors. At the rear there is a door at first floor level and a casement window. There is a double door to the right hand corner at the rear. There is also a store attached to rear with double doors. The building appears to have a smaller footprint than shown on the map.
