ARC, Dovecote Street/ Nelson Street

This building is a glass and concrete structure, rendered in a yellow colour. The roof is flat with various plant rooms. There is a three element symbol on the main sides of the building and a large moveable circular feature on the Dovecote Street side. There are numerous windows and doors best seen in the photographs.
