99 High Street

The building appears to be rendered brickwork with a tiled roof pitched with a valley (sometimes known as a factory roof). The front entrance was shuttered but there is evidence it was a double door, there is no obvious rear entrance. Front windows of the ground floor were shuttered, whilst the first floor had 2x2 light modern windows and the second floor similar in design to this. The first floor of the rear has a modern double window, while the second floor has a blocked window replaced by a modern casement of one large and two small lights and a second modern window with two large and two small.

There is a chimney at either end which are rectangular in shape; the north chimney has no pots while the south chimney has four pots. The building has an external staircase to the rear from the first floor, this is covered with a felt roof and brick sides with a window at first floor level approximately. The front roofline has a string course line which continues along to the next building number 98. This is surmounted by a parapet which follows the course.
