98 High Street

The building appears to be rendered brick with a flat roof. It is three storeys high and extends over a small alley leading from the High Street to West Row. The ground floor front has a shop type front with a double door and windows. The first floor has three gothic two light windows, while the second floor has similar three gothic two lights windows with hooded moulding.

At the rear of the property there are two light modern windows on the first floor. This is similar to the second floor which has a two light modern window. Above the alley entrance there is a two light modern window at first floor level and similar on the second floor level. This wall is set well forward of the main building wall so that on the south wall of the main block we have a single pane of modern window, and one two light modern window at first floor level. A blocked window and two small windows are also present on the second floor, there also appears to be a blocked window above this feature.

There is an emergency exit door in this wall. There is a single storey extension to the rear of the main building, upon which a pitch tiled roof sits. There is a chimney with five pots present on the south end of the main block. The front of the building has a string course surmounted by a parapet, and a small turret on the south east corner.
