96 High Street

This rendered brick to front and rear elevations. There is also a parapet present on the front elevation. The first floor of the building has a shop front with a central double door entrance, which is framed by two large windows. Both the second and third floor have four sash windows. Above each window the rendering would suggest there is a lintel beneath.

The roof to the front is flat. To the rear the left hand side of the building protrudes over all storeys meaning the building is L shaped. The rear ground floor is not visible due to an associated out building. Access to the rear of the building is gained through a walkway that traverses the top of the associated out building. To the right of this doorway there is an ornamental leaded window. This window extends over two stories, possibly providing light for a stairwell.

On the second floor there are two windows, one of which is a bay window, on the inner side of the inner courtyard. The rear section of the roof is pitched, with slating evident. There two chimneys that are both associated with the front flat roof, both are located on each side of the building.
