90 High Street
Now demolished at the time of survey it was a bar/nightclub and formerly a cinema, the walls are cladded metal with a protruding canopy supporting what appears to be a figure head of a 16th-17th century explorer, probably made from fibreglass. This is set against a three dimensional background panorama. Two vertical signs are located either side of the main feature. There are six double entrances at the front of the building.
On both the far right and the far left there are two exits that are designed for the exits. At the rear of the building there are nine double doors, this includes two sets of emergency exits from the yard at either side. There is a tall brick chimney like structure near the rear which may just be an extract fan, probably part of the heating system. The rear wall is brick with metal cladding. The overall roof seems to be metal cladding with some evidence of felt. There is a plant room located to the rear of the frontage. The rear part of the roof is at a higher level then the frontage, and present is a number of extract vents.
