This modern building is two storeys high, with a ridged slate roof and no chimneys. There does not appear to be any living space. There is one single entrance. On the ground floor there are Victorian style deck windows with leaded lights above the arch. On the first floor there is a rectangular bay/slight dormer roof with three arch windows. There is casement to either side. The rear is a plain brick wall with a single emergency exit.
