9 Hambletonian Yard
The two storey, rendered building. Pitched roof covered in slate. Starting at the eastern end of the buildings the ground floor openings are as follows
1. Projecting window in the form of a shop front. Above a riser there is a single plate of glass. Above this is a wooden panel with moulding details.
2. Single door, with four glass panels in the upper section.
3. Vertical sash window of four panes.
On the first floor there are two vertical sash windows, each of four panes. A gutter runs along the Hambletonian Yard façade and discharges into a down comer at the western end of the building. There is a light, in the form of a carriage lamp, attached to the building between the two first floor windows.
