80 Church Road

Three storey mid terrace Georgian town house. Five bay frontage to south (front) elevation. Originally one property, now appears to be divided into apartments. Brick built of Flemish bond. Painted rusticated ashlar quoin stones to east and west ends of south elevation. Pitched slate roof partially obscured behind parapet wall with kneeler to the west end. There are two transverse brick stacks with no visible pots. Ground floor has four sash windows and painted timber doorcase with fluted pilasters and gabled top to central bay.

There are five sash windows to both first and second floors of the south elevation. All the windows to the south face are the same size and have stone sills and lintels. No string course. Black wrought iron railings across frontage. North (rear) elevation partially rendered and painted. Three brick stacks without pots visible to the north elevation. The fire escape is to the first floor rear doorway. Wooden sash windows of various sizes to north elevation and projecting rear extensions. There is one large 12 light arch top window to north. Iron rainwater pipes, hopper and soil pipes. Velux roof light visible to north side of main roof.
