The two storey, rendered brick building. Double pitched roof with two transverse brick chimneys to north and south elevations, the latter with one pot. The two single entrances to south end of the east elevation each has two light window above. Rear west elevation has single story flat roofed extension with double door with metal shutters.
The first floor of east elevation has 3 x 2 light, top opening upvc windows. On the ground floor has large bow window with sign board above with tile roof/canopy. Some brick visible to north elevation at rear, mainly stretchers. East elevation has plastic guttering and rainwater pipes. Cast iron soil pipe to west elevation.
