Five bay mid terrace Georgian town house. Brick built with Flemish bond to south elevation. Three storey with tiled roof partially obscured behind parapet wall. Ground floor level with four 6 x 6 light vertical sash windows and central double timber doorcase with fluted pilasters, fanlights and dentils to top. Five 6 x 6 light vertical sash windows to first floor, and smaller 3 x 3 light windows to second floor. Painted stone sills to ground and first floor, and unpainted stone sills to second floor. No string course. Repaired stone (or concrete) key stones above all windows to south elevation. Stone retaining of one course with black wrought iron railings (continuous to properties along terrace). Projecting black wrought iron hanging wall sign to west of entrance on south elevation (signage lost at time of inspection). Three brick stacks to front gable roof, two large stacks to east and west ends of roof both with four pots, and smaller central stack with two pots. Variety of extensions to north (rear) elevation of property. Three storey projecting wing to south with pitched tiled roof (to rear of 76). All windows to north side of property are timber vertical sash (many modern replacements). Original windows have brick lintels and stone (or concrete) sills. Two storey projecting wing to north with mono-pitch tiled roof (to rear of 74). Single storey lean to extension between two projecting wings. Two 3 x 3 light vertical sash windows above to the second floor. 6 x 6 light vertical sash windows to first floor of both projecting wings. Two 3 x 3 light vertical sash windows to second floor of west elevation of wing to rear of 76. Also evidence of blocked north facing window at this level. Single storey modern rear extension (post 1970), which appears to be workshops with one double and one single doorway. Modern infill extensions (post 1970) comprising single storey polygonal brick built section with three 3 x 3 timber sash windows and steeply pitched tiled roof to match earlier roofs. Polygonal timber and glass conservatory. Low retaining modern brick wall with black iron railings separating garden area from concrete yard to rear. Map evidence shows that this area was a building in 1970, and was presumably a workshop. High brick built retaining walls and railings to rear of plot.
