69-69A Norton Road
This two storey building. Rendered brick with mortar and where visible is all stretchers. Render on south elevation shows signs of scoring to resemble blocks. Tile, double roof(hipped) with transverse brick chimney(north elevation) with one metal cowl/flue. Single door to south elevation. The south elevation has 2 x 2 light wooden sash windows with painted stone sills on first floor and one similar window on rear extension. There is a smaller window to the south elevation and one blocked up on ground floor.
The east elevation has bay window(felt covering) of six lights with side top openings, on first floor. Large shop front to east and south elevation – panelled fluted architrave and has metal roller shutters. Two large six light windows within the shop front. Rear extension has lower pitched gable tile roof. Modern plastic guttering and rainwater pipes. Shop front incorporates sign board on east and south elevations and single door on east to 69A above.
