This is a modern block built of a combination of reinforced concrete, brick and glass. It is divided into two units each having a double door and having large shop windows. Both first and second floor have 27 windows each having a hinged opening panel with glazed and concrete decorative panels. There is a small amount of brickwork at either end. The roof is flat. The Rear has a series of extensions of one and two story in brick and concrete with a variety of windows.
