A house with the ground floor converted for commercial retail use currently two takeaway food outlets. Pitched slate roof. Rectangular transverse chimney stack on the left has no pots, the stack in the middle has two newish pots. Wall 1(North) Ground floor has two shop fronts with brick bases (mortar and all stretchers). Entrance to left of property is obscured by a shutter, right side of property has single entrance in the centre. On the ground floor windows are shop front style. The first floor on the left has one modern double glazed unit, wood/wood effect with top light opening outwards. The right hand side has no windows.

Other features include on the first floor new rendering on the brickwork, there is a advertisement side on the left side of the property and the shop fronts have wooden decorative pilasters. Wall 3(West) the ground floor has brick with mortar and stretchers. The shop front on the left is obscured by a shutter. No other windows on the ground floor. The first floor has three sets of modern double glazed, wood/wood effect frames with stone lintels and stone sills. The left window opens at the bottom and the others from the top, opening outwards in each case. The windows are flush with the wall. Other features include a large signboard for the shop on the left and wooden decorative pilasters. Rectangular transverse brick chimney with no pots visible, shared with 3 Skinner Street.
