This is a former industrial building currently empty of three storeys. Wall 1 (east): Brick and mortar with English bond, one single and one double entrance. Ground floor windows are all boarded as with first floor. Second floor has five units with six panels, sash type. Other features include possible original guttering supports, cast iron drainpipe and lower seven courses of brickwork have remains of rendering. There is a flagpole holder to the left.

Wall 2 (south): First and second floor brickwork, mortar and English bond. One window in the roof space. Other features include a lean to with modern brick base and wooden top.
