A two storey building constructed from buff grey bricks laid in stretcher bond. There is a flat roof of unknown material.

South facing facade: An access road to two vehicle loading bays closed with metal roller shutters runs in front of the facade. The car park sits on the other side of this road. The ground floor is rendered and painted. There are three single doors on the ground floor. One of these lies to the west of each of the shuttered bays.

The third lies between them and has a glazed upper panel. To the left of this is a window with two panes of glass. Signage runs along part of the facade above the ground floor. The eastern portion of the first floor is a blank brick wall. The western portion is pieced by two sets of five narrow glazed apertures. Above both these elements is a clerestory. This contains runs of single pane windows between the main, concrete structural elements.

West Row facade: An illuminated, projecting sign runs across the facade. Below this the ground floor contains two entrances, separated by three bays of plate glass windows. This grouping is flanked by a loading bay, closed with a metal shutter, to the north and a bay of blank brickwork to the south. Each entrance has an inset door with a pair of glazed leaves. Plate glass windows flank these. The floor of the recess and the window risers are tiled.

North facing facade: This facade comprises brick panels between the main, concrete structural elements. There are no openings. No rainwater goods are visible on the exterior of the building.

Adjoins the rear of 121 / 122 High Street. Separated from 123 / 124 High Street and 125 High Street by small yards. A car park associated with the building sits to the south. To the north is a clear access road to the rear of 126 High Street.
