46-48 Norton Road
The three storey brick rendered building with a tiled hipped roof. There is a two storey extension to the north in a similar style. There is a stringer course just below the first floor windows. This extends to the south side of the original building. The ground floor has four large shop windows with shutters and a corner door also shuttered.
On the first floor are three large UPVC windows with two panes and a single pane window in the extension. The second floor has three single pane windows of similar size although the central window has an infill to the bottom. The lintels are not visible however each has a sculpted head, there seems to be at least two different designs. The south side of the building has a two storey flat roofed extension. There are three bottom opening UPVC large windows on the first floor, only one of which is in the original building.
On the second floor is a small single non opening UPVC window. The east side of the building is quite complex with a number of extensions. The two storey extension mentioned previously is modern brick with no windows. There are further extensions to the north of the plot both one and two storey with flat felted roofs.
