45 High Street, Winpenny House
The two storey brick building in a buff coloured brick with mortar bonding. The ground floor has a Victorian style shop front with green glazed tiles below the windows. The first floor has two sash windows with 12 panes each, with stone mouldings and sills. The second floor has two similar windows which have been blocked in with cement rendering. There is cornicing around the roof and a possible small parapet. There is a row of stringers at second floor sill level.
The north wall is red brick; however visibility of this wall is obstructed. The rear of this building abuts the extension of the Yorkshire bank. The roof is flat.
