Other features include a large sign above the ground floor shop front, brickwork painted white, frontage on the ground floor protrudes from the upper floor building line. On the second floor is a large advertisement sign to the right. Has modern plastic drainage.
Wall 3(West) Brick and mortar mainly stretchers and painted white. Three single entrances, one obscured by a shutter. No windows on the ground floor but a grill vent above door to the left. First floor has three modern double glazed units (repeated on the second floor). These have brick arches, stone sills and top hung opening lights. First and second floor each have a smaller similar unit to the right as well as a smaller window probably cloakroom windows. Other features include two metal vents from ground floor to roof level, also small tiles to the left of the door and some bricking in of former window on the ground floor. Modern plastic drainpipes and guttering.
