This ia a two storey brick building with a tiled ridge roof. The brickwork is modern suggesting a rebuild or refronting at some point. The brickwork is in Standard modern bond with mortar joints. The building has a modern shop front with wooden ornamented surround and metal shutters. The first floor has two two pane sash windows with stone lintels and cills. There are longitudinal chimneys at either end of the building which both seem to be shared with adjacent building. The one to the north is truncated to below the eaves and the one to the south has two pots.

The walls to the rear are of rendered brick and there is an extension halfway across the rear of the building with a continuation of the tiled roof. The main roof has a roof light suggesting a useable room in the loft. There is a plain window at first floor level and another at the same level in the south wall of the extension. There is a single storey ground floor extension in modern brick with a flat felted roof. This has a side door leading into a narrow yard. This extension appears to have been built intwo phases The main building also has a door to this yard. The rear of the extension has a large roller shutter door.
