A commercial retail building of two storeys currently a restaurant on the ground floor and a martial arts studio on the first floor. A flat possibly felted roof with no chimneys but there appears to be a vent in a brick housing unit as well as two air conditioning units.

Wall 1(North) Brick and mortar with rendering and all stretchers. The ground floor has two large modern restaurants/shop windows with wooden frames. On the first floor are two tall modern windows with aluminium frames of which the top light opens on a swivel system. Other features include on the ground floor a large possibly plastic restaurant sign with brickwork to the right, various cable coverings and floodlighting. On the first floor brickwork has white rendering with modern plastic drainage and two large probably plastic decorative cladding with adverts.

Wall 2(East) Ground floor has brickwork on the left only and all stretchers. Five large restaurant / shop windows on ground floor with full width signage above. On the first floor are seven tall modern windows with aluminium frames, which have top opening lights on a swivel system. Between the windows are large black plastic decorative claddings with adverts. Two single entrances on the ground floor with one giving access to the first floor, also a large double restaurant entrance.

Wall 3(West) Modern brick and mortar all stretchers. One single entrance on the ground floor. No windows. Other features include air conditioning unit and boiler outlet.
