Four storey Georgian town house with a modern shop front on the ground floor. The walls are brick with a mortar material and an English bond.
There are two sash windows on the first floor with 12 panes each and the same on the second and third floors. The windows possess stone sills and lintels, with stone stringers and cornices above each set of windows.
The first floor also has a pawnbrokers and a green dragon sign. The building has a double ridged slate roof. To the rear of the building there are two doors and a small cellar entrance, with another entrance on the side wall.
On the first floor there are sash windows with 12 panes above the entrance and the second floor has arched windows with 18 panes. The third floor window is arched with 18 panes and offset. There is one window on the second floor and one on the third, both with 12 panes and both set back. Side wall has four windows on the second floor above the lean to which all contain 12 panes. They also have stone sills and two are much larger.
On the third floor there are four windows with 12 panes but they are not aligned with the second floor windows. They also possess stone sills and brick lintels. Rear extension has two 12 pane windows on the first and second floors. There are two windows on the side of the first and second storeys, all having stone sills and lintels and are 12 pane. There are two windows on the rear which are 12 pane and contain stone sills and lintels. There is a wooden lintel above the rear door. Please refer to pictures for further clarification.
