4 Silver Street
This building consists of three storeys, with a ridged slate roof and a transverse brick chimney with no pots. This chimney is shared with 5 Silver Street.
There is a flat on the first or second floor above the shop so there are two single entrances on the ground floor, one to the flat and one to the shop itself. The walls are brick rendered so the bonding material and bond are unknown. The ground floor is a standard shop front done in a Victorian style.
The first floor has one sash window with four panes and the second floor has one sash window with sixteen panes. To the rear of the building there is a two paned casement window on the first and second floor with brick lintels and sills.
