This is a two storey rendered brick building . Tile, gable roof is pitched North to South, with one rendered brick, transverse chimney stack (no pots) on west elevation. Visible brick and mortar with English Garden Wall bond on south elevation at rear. Single entrance of 6 panel wooden door (boarded up fanlight) with small felt covered canopy on North elevation.
The first floor of North elevation has upvc windows (lower opening) with painted stone sills. Wooden fascia under guttering. Ground floor has two boarded-up windows with painted stone sills and one bricked and rendered window at west end. Modern plastic guttering and rainwater pipes.
