4 & 5 Finkle street
Brick building with front elevation in Flemish bond spanning a total of four storeys. The ground floor is divided into two commercial units with wooden frontages. There are a total of 10 windows and three single entrances including a central entrance which leads to upstairs flats.
The first floor has of two vertical sash windows and a single bay window comprising three vertical sash windows. Both the second and third floors have five vertical sash windows. The side elevation accessed from Green Dragon Yard has three visible storeys, all in English bond.
The ground floor contains two horizontal sash windows including a dormer on the second floor. From the side elevation it is possible to see a modern skylight inserted within the roof. Numerous modifications are also visible including a bricked-in service entrance with a wooden lintel still present within the wall. The side elevation was previously pebble-dashed, but has since been re-pointed with modern cement. The roof is gable topped with modern slate with ridges on either side. There are three rectangular chimney stacks, two transverse and a single chimney on the long wall. Drainpipes are all metal.
