Brick (old & thin) building with mortared stretcher bond to front (south) elevation, English Bond one header to four/five stretchers. The building ground floor has three large, four pane vertical sash windows and brick arched lintels with stone sills on “porch”. First floor two small size four pane vertical sash windows, brick arched lintels with stone sills at different levels. Second & Third floor windows as first. There is a metal fitting in the wall at the third floor level that could have been a boss to support the lower end of a derrick, a section of new brick is present at an appropriate height for the top of such a device. There is evidence in the brickwork of a blocked doorway replaced by a small window. North elevation has rendered wall with two recessed windows, one ventilation opening, one opening covered by green panel. There is a tie rod present at the same level as the top derrick fitting on the south aspect. Ground floor new build extension, possible service entrance for bar? The roof is pantiled gable pitched south to north with a roof light on the south and north side. The north side of the roof also has two metal heating ventilation pipes with cowls. The building has four storeys.
