Brick (old & thin) building with mortared stretcher bond to front (south) elevation, English Bond one header to four stretchers. The building ground floor has five, four pane vertical opening windows fitted with modern canopies and brick arched lintels with stone sills. First/second floor six medium size four pane vertical opening windows, brick arched lintels with stone sills.
Third floor six smaller four pane vertical opening windows with brick arches. Two hotel signs, three lamps (modern) and brackets metal. Outside terrace with low brick wall and iron railings above. Kneelers at each end of building roof. East elevation brick consistent with front elevation. North elevation is rendered with eight irregularly spaced small windows. The roof is pantiled gable pitched east to west roof. The building has four storeys.
