This building has two storeys. It has a pitched and tiled roof with two windows in the roof. One brick transverse chimney stack with no pots evident. Ground floor shuttered so no evidence of entrance.
Wall 1 (south): On the ground floor either side of the shuttered front are brick and mortar ends. A combination of stretchers and headers. First floor render I coloured pink. The first floor has two double glazed units with stone sills. Other features include possible quoin stones with kneeler above on the left hand side, also cast iron drain pipes.
Wall 2 (west): Rendered possibly brick and presumably mortar underneath. One brick rendered chimney stack transverse, no pots evident. Single entrance to the left on the ground floor. Large shop window covered by a shutter. Other features include large billboard on first floor, security camera and pipe work on the ground floor, also security lights and air vents.
