36 Prince Regent Street

This building is a two storeys. The ground floor typical modern shop front. First floor has some brick and mortar (painted) with English bond. There is a pitched roof of corrugated asbestos sheeting. No chimneys visible. One single entrance to the left and a double entrance on the right, each are glass.

The upper floor has five upvc single windows. Other features include cast iron drainpipes, the ground floor projects out from the upper building line and the roof has timber boxing effect at the top of the wall.

Wall 4 (East): Brick and mortar with one header and three stretchers. No visible entrance or windows. Noticeable ornamentation in the brickwork e.g. String courses, recessed sections and corbelling effect. Cast iron downpipe.
