This commercial building has a pitched roof with concrete tiles and living space above second storey (with five lights). Longitudinal brick chimney on east wall? Two transverse chimneys (brick with render). South wall has one single entrance, east wall has one double entrance and there is one double entrance on the corner of the east and south walls.

Wall 1 (south): First and second floor are rendered and painted with the frontage having been built out on a brick (mortar and stretchers) base. Windows on ground floor and above are modern double glazed wood effect with a three bay on the first floor (top lights open outwards). Single window units to the right have stone sills. Other features include render with black painting on base of ground floor, first floor has lights, satellite dish and pub sign.

Wall 2 (west): Rendered and no windows.

Wall 3 (east): Brick and render (mortar and English bond). Ground floor windows double glazed with wood effect. Three units with six lights in each and one single. First floor had six windows modern double glazed with wood effect each with a black stone sill. Second floor has five similar window units. Other features include four signs, various floodlights and security cameras. Modern plastic drainage pipes.

Wall 4 (north): Brick walls, mortar and English bond. Multiple drainage pipes with a fire escape and tv aerials on the roof.
