30 Norton Road

This three storey rendered brick building with tile ridged roof. There is ornamented stringer course just below the eaves. The ground floor has a standard shop front with glass door and three large pane windows With small panes above and dark blue tiles below. The first floor has a bay window with a centre top opening pane. The second floor has two tall casement windows with top opening panes. There appears to be one continuous stone sill. There is a brick chimney to the south end with no pots. At the rear the second floor of the original building can be seen in rendered brick. There are two modern Casement windows with opening top panes There are three stones underneath eaves which look like corbels. Behind the original building is a two storey modern brick ā€œLā€ shaped extension with three casement windows with top opening pane on the side and one on the rear of the small extension. The roof is flat and felted. The rear wall has a large shutter door but it is not clear whether this is a single storey extension or more probably a yard.
