30 Dovecot Street

The building has a brick modern building with Flemish bond to frontal elevation. Has a ridged roof with pan tile. The building has a modern shop front with mock marble surrounds which cuts into the adjacent building of 28. The first floor has large casement windows, with concrete lintels. The second floor is similar to the first. At the rear of the building, the brick wall is rendered; some of the rendering extends onto 32. The north side has one single entrance with a single sash window  and the second floor has two windows. The west wall is just plain brick. The rear is a flat roof extension.
