This brick building with mortar bonding consisting of courses of one header and five stretchers. Brick string course above first floor windows. Gable pantiled roof pitched south to north. Living space is on first / attic. One chimney of modern brick with rectangular cross section and three pots, located centre of the east elevation  Building has one single entrance within ground floor retail unit of four fixed panes. First floor has a pair of four pane vertical sash windows. Dormer window in first floor / attic which has a middle section vertical sash separating two sets of four fixed panes.
