The brick building with stretcher bond to front elevation has English Bond one header to four stretchers. Brick string course above first floor windows. Pantiled roof gabled pitched south to north with living space. No apparent chimney. One single ground floor entrance within retail frontage which has two large fixed panes and four smaller ones above. On the first floor are three sets of four pane vertical sash windows. Dormer window in first floor / attic which has a middle section vertical sash separating two sets of four fixed panes. The south elevation is of brick with one small four pane window top hinged casement opening outward and there is a steep pitched roof east to west with pantiles. The retail front has roller shutters incorporated. On the north elevation is an eye bolt possibly for a sign. The roof ridgeline is sagging in the middle. There is a passageway on the west elevation which has painted brick or stretchers with exposed timber above.
