28 Dovecot Street
Rendered brick building. Ground floor has a modern shop front with a single entrance, set forward with a lead roof. first floor has three casement windows as well as the second floor. The second floor windows have stone sills. The second floor windows look slightly inset. Just below the roof is a small pediments with kneelers and corbels. The fine details of this building have been lost by the rendering. Has a ridge roof made from slate. East and west wall are brick. The north wall is plain brick, stretcher bond with six panel glass block windows to each floor. The front of the building is higher than 30 whereas at the rear they are at the same height. The rear is a flat roof extension.
