Double pitched roof covered in pantiles. West Row facade: 1. Ground floor. Projecting shop front topped by an angled advertising sign. Between pilasters and, above a rise, are four panes of glass. 2. First floor. Two windows of the same form. Each has a projecting sill and an arched lintel. The windows are vertical sliding sashes, with twelve panes. The Ship Inn Yard facade has a projecting shop front on the ground floor. It is topped by an angled advertising sign and flanked by pilasters. To the left is a single door, with a roller shutter housing above. Adjacent to this are two plate glass windows above a riser. A gutter runs along the West Row facade and discharges into a down comer at the right hand side of the building. There is a street light attached to the Ship Inn Yard facade.
