This building has four floors and is made of brick with a Flemish bond and mortar bonding material. The roof is ridged slate with a slight hip and has one transverse chimney made of brick with no pots. On the ground floor there is a modern shop front.

The first floor has a seven paned bay window, split into three larger panes to the bottom of the window and four smaller stained glass windows above.

The second floor has two seven paned sash windows with brick lintels while the third floor has two sash windows with two panes each and brick lintels. There is a white stringer course between each floor. To the side of the building on the ground floor the modern shop front continues. There are six sash windows on the first floor, with six panes in five of them and two in the much smaller and offset window furthest to the rear. The second floor has five sash windows.

The third floor has five two paned sash windows. To the rear of the building there is an extension to the side up to the second floor level. The extension has a casement window on the first floor with two panes and a casement window between the first and second floor with a fire escape. There is also a rear gate. The rear wall is also rendered and has wooden support props.
