This is a three storey construction made with modern, narrow bricks and has a Flemish bond with mortar bonding material. The roof is ridged slate with no chimneys and wooden fascia boards at the gutter level. There are three small vents under this fascia The ground floor is a continuation of 22’s mock Victorian shop front and there are two casement windows on the first and second floors, each with two panes of glass. All windows have concrete or stone surrounds. The building is part of the same block as 22. The brickwork on either side of the building is set out to produce slightly projecting pillars.
