Currently a commercial building as a food outlet. Brick and mortar, courses are all stretches. Pitched slate roof with a transverse chimney stack on the right, no pots evident. On the ground floor a single entrance within the shop front. Possibly residential accommodation on the second floor.
Wall 1 (south): First and second floor rendered and painted white. Modern shop front on the ground floor, on the first floor a large top opening window with wooden frames and lintel. The second floor a pair of modern double glazed windows. Other features include on the first floor satellite dishes and floodlighting, while the ground floor shop front projects from the building line.
Wall 2 (west): Bricks in evidence appear to be a support for the original wall with the bottom ten courses rendered. No windows.
Wall 4 (north): Ground floor entrance boarded up, possible fire escape door on first floor. One wooden framed top opening window on the ground floor covered by a security grill.
On the first floor a small modern double layered window unit with stone lintel ad a second unit with brick arch from old window. On the second floor one large modern double glazed unit with brick arch and one small wooden framed window with brick arch. Other features include, on the ground floor the building projects from the upper floors this projection has a felted roof and the lower ten courses of brick are rendered. There is a prominent vent pipe and modern plastic drainage pipes.
