20 Bishop Street

This modern two storey building with an office block form. The walls are brick, with a stretcher bond and mortar bonding material. The roof is ridged slate with no chimneys. There is one single door. On the ground floor there are five arches, with one acting as the door. On the first floor there are two double arched casement window. There is one grey brick stringer course at the ground and first floor levels and an ornamented cornice at eaves level. All the windows and the door have buff brick surrounds and lintels. On the ground floor there is a recessed archway into a rear car park that has a grey brick lintel. This building is also set slightly forward from 19. To the rear of the building there is a recessed archway to the car park on the ground floor. There is also a single exit door and a small casement window. On the first floor there are three casement windows plus the two that may be shared with number 19.
