This commercial building has two units on the ground floor and office space on the two upper floors.

Wall 1 (east): The first and second floors are made of concrete blocks with additional decorative concrete cladding on each side. The ground floor consists of three shop style fronts, the left and middle units have single doors opening inwards and the right hand unit has double doors opening inwards. Windows on the ground floor are part of a modern shop style front. On the first and second floors there are four sets of four sashes, vertical opening windows which have aluminium frames above decorative wooden panelling separated by concrete pilaster strips.

Wall 2 (south): Windows on the ground floor on the right are two sets of modern shop style with none to the left. On the first and second floor are three sets of three sashes, vertical opening windows which have aluminium frames above decorative wooden panelling. On the extreme left of the first and second floor are single sets of sash windows with aluminium frames above wooden panelling. Also on the first floor is a coat of arms decoration.

Rear of building (west): The walls are made of brick and mortar with a stretcher bond. Ground floor has a double entrance. There is a single entrance on each floor. Windows on the ground floor, one boarded window and one wooden casement window. First and second floors each have ten casement wooden windows. Irregular building line with a block protruding at ground level with additional generator house. Outbuildings all have flat felted rooftops and there is a fire exit to the second floor.
