2 Theatre Yard
This is a brick built (old & thin) coursing of one header four stretchers but with variations. Pantiled roof gable pitched south to north two brick chimneys one transverse on the west elevation and rectangular in shape of newer brick with two pots. The other is off centre more square with four pots.
The ground floor has one entrance with a wooden door and brick lintels. Windows on the ground floor there are 2 x 8 panes Yorkshire sash with wooden frames, sills and brick lintels. On the first floor there are 1 x 8 pane Yorkshire sash with wooden frame and sill and 1 x 16 pane vertical sash. On the north elevation there is 1 x 4 pane vertical sash window. On the first floor are 2 x 8 Yorkshire sash windows with one central window of four panes. There is also a large wooden decorative panel covering a doorway. On the first floor wooden facia hides lintels.
