The is a three story building made of rendered brick on the upper two storeys and exposed brick in a stretcher course on the ground floor. The roof is a half hipped pitch roof tiled with concrete tiles, there are no chimneys present.

There are two single entrances, one for the upper floors and one private on the ground floor. There is also one gallery window with three main panes located on this floor. The first floor has two casement windows with six panes. The second floor has two four pane casement windows. The ground floor appears to be knocked through to number 17  and operates as a single establishment.
